Who exchanges homes?
Many of our members are professional people, doctors, engineers, teachers, business executives, and retired people etc. In general, they are in an upper income bracket and well educated, thus a high standard of homes is offered.

Are there any expenses to be paid?
No There is no expenses to be paid.

How many people want to come to Egypt?
Naturally before you become a member of HomeLink you will want to know how likely you are to achieve your desired exchange. We are pleased to report that the demand for exchanges in Egypt is over 3-1 in our favor.
Please note that traditionally the months prior to Christmas are times when new members are joining and numbers are slightly lower.

How can I be a member?
You need to fill in the registration forms describing all the details of your residence and pay the registration fees 140 € and for the annual renewal will be 125 €

What if I want to list a second home?
If you want to list your second home fully then you will need to use the registration form to describe all its details. This will cost an extra €75. You may decide to mention it briefly in you Home Description on the Web Site at no extra cost. Simply say NB. 2nd home available.

Is there still time to arrange an exchange?
New members worldwide are joining every day, and often exchanges are arranged quite quickly. The most successful exchangers are those who are proactive and send many invitations. The more flexible your plans, the greater your opportunities. Prepare a letter or email mentioning your home number and send them out to prospective exchangers as soon as you get on line to our database.

How many directories are published?
We publish two directories a year, the first one you receive in December and the second in May. Each full member will receive the Directories. Your listing is printed in the directory nearest to your date of joining. If directories are no more available, you still can visit our web sight which contains tens of thousand homes in more the 70 countries worldwide.

How late can I make a corrections or change to my listing?
We can change your directory listing anytime you wish.

Do I have to live in a tourist destination?
No, of course not. Members live throughout the countries listed. In big cities, rural areas, and, yes, resort areas too. People are using your house as a base while they visit local attractions.

Should the homes be luxurieous?
The range of homes is large. Our members tend to be professionals and the type of home is what you would expect from this group. You can get a good idea of the types of homes available by looking through our on-line database.
